Casting America, is an entertainment talent services, management, education and information exchange company with corporate locations in Tampa, Orlando and Hollywood. Although headquartered in Florida, Casting America has been established to work with talent (actors, models, singers, etc.), agents, casting directors and production companies on a regional, national and international basis to develop an international talent network. Working closely with such organizations as Elan International, Vision Quest Films, Elan Models, LC Productions, Production 1, Magical Minds Animation, Looks International, and Talent America, Inc., Casting America is well positioned to serve as an information and training source for the entertainment industry.
Casting America uses its web site to allow talent to be seen by all segments of the industry in all regions of the nation and the world. Exposure is critical to anyone who is new to the industry - and the web site is one significant way to achieve exposure. Further, the agencies who are working with us use the model, actor, singer, etc. web pages to shop our talent to their prospective clients (ad agencies, production companies, and so forth)
Listing with Casting America
To list with Casting America as a talent, you will need to consult the pricing page to determine which program is appropriate for your purposes. Models, actors, musicians, behind the camera talent, and performance talent can choose among a number of alternatives ranging from a five or ten photo modeling/acting composite web page down to a simple head shot web page (all include personal stats, resume and contact information). Or you may choose a General Listing rather than a personal web page (which includes a thumbnail photo on the general listings page and personal stats). You may also elect to add audio and video segments to display acting, voice-over, musical, comedic or stunt skills. For instance, an actor may decide to add monologues, commercials and/or scenes. Extras may simply be listed with stats and contact info or listed with a thumbnail photo. You will need to either e-mail, fax or call Casting America in order to supply the information required for customizing a proper listing. Or, if you have Master Card or Visa and have photos already scanned, then you can register online, providing personal and resume information through the online registration forms.
