Due to the fact that there are now so many anti-virus, firewall, anti-spam and anti-spyware programs active on different pc's and browsers, some of our members occasionally experience difficulties logging in through our main login page. This is primarily due to the fact that some portion of a program on your system will at times disallow Java scripted programs (the types of programming used with so many illegal popups, but also the type of programming used with so many legitimate functions on the Internet). Our system uses Java as part of the programming to keep you from getting two sets of menu bars when in the members area. However, if when you use the main login feature, you end up at a blank white page with nothing on it at all (after logging in) this means your system is blocking Java scripts either temporarily or permanently. So we are now giving you two ways to login. The main login brings you to the members area with just the members menu. The alternative (backup log in) will take you directly to the members area, but some of you will end up with the main menu bar from the nonmembers part of our web site side by side with the members area menu bar. In some ways that can be more convenient but is not our design.
