Packages Available
Web pages apply to all talent in front of and behind the camera - actors, models, voice-over talent, stunt people, comedians, vocalists, bands, musicians, screen writers, composers, dancers, camera persons, directors, grips, location mgrs, directors of photography, editors, videographers, magicians, animal talent, baby models, animal trainers, directors, producers and so forth.
Those wishing to list may choose either a personal talent web page for themselves (with one to ten photos)or may simply select a general listing (with or without a thumbnail photo).
SPECIAL NOTICE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR WEB PAGES ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DESIGNED AND MADE OPERATIONAL
BASIC WEB PAGE
The base web page package involves one personal web page, one headshot or modeling photo - color or black and white - categories of talent (i.e. model, actor, vocalist, writer) plus personal statistics. The base web page one year price is $125.00 (this is a temporary special to attract talent from new regions - as the old price was $125.00 for 6 months, and will return to 6 months in the future.)
ADDITIONAL PHOTOS
Each additional photo is $20.00 per year, up to ten photos per page. Additional pages may be added (particularly for models who want to show complete portfolios) for $50.00 per year including one new photo for the second page. For instance, a model wishing to use seven photos per page with three pages, would pay $100 extra in total for the two pages - and would pay for 18 additional photos, since each page comes with one.
RESUMES
Resumes are added to the page at $25.00 per year IF the resume is downloaded to us or mailed on diskette in a fashion that minimizes the code work required of the staff. Even such resumes downloaded requires us to add html coding for each line. Each time the resume is updated during the year, there will be a $10.00 fee for basic labor.
VIDEO and/or AUDIO
Casting America can now offer up to 5 minutes of video for $300/year. Comparable Audio is $200/year. This is ideal for actors or musicians who often have to express out costly tapes to get auditions. The online video or audio will let an actor show commercials, monologues, full slates, etc. to display their talents. Musicians can include music videos or excerpts from live performances.
GENERAL LISTINGS
Some skilled talent, particularly behind the camera talent, may prefer to save money and be added to general listings in their fields of expertise rather than opting for complete web pages. The cost for these listings is $75.00 per year.
EXTRAS LISTINGS
This can be a valuable listing for those who simply want to be available to work as extras in given regions. The agencies we work with often find themselves coming up short with the number of people they need to send to the film set as extras. An extra can be listed for the year with stats but no thumbnail photo at $25.00/yr. Or, if a thumbnail photo is added the cost comes to $50.00/yr.
Scanning Services
If you provide a diskette or CD with your photos in an acceptable format (jpg. preferred), or you download them to us unzipped, there is no charge for scanning and cleaning up the photos. If on the other hand, you simply send photos to us, we charge $5.00 to scan one, $10.00 to scan three and $12.00 to scan five.
Changing Photos on Existing Listings
The talent may periodically choose to change the photos they have listed. Apart from any scanning fees, this will cost $10.00 for each photo changed.
